We are unable to offer refunds on all our signs as they are made to order.
Lit Neons allows you the freedom to customise each design (size, font and colour) which limits us to be able to accept returns. If you change your mind or request a different sign, we will be unable to fulfil your refund request however, may be able to offer a store credit depending on the situation.
Lit Neons products include a standard 12 months warranty, extended warranty can be purchased at an additional cost.
Our warranty covers all faults and defects that are a direct result of manufacturer error or workmanship. Our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by improper use or installation. As our neons are meant for indoor use, fading/yellowing of materials does not count as a fault as this is from excessive weathering. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Lit Neons and the purchaser.
To start a claim, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Ensure that your order number is included in the subject of the email, along with photos and/or videos to show the damage. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your damaged item. Products sent back to us without approval from Lit Neons will not be returned nor accepted.
