Shipping policy

All orders are processed and built within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. See shipping estimates below.

Please keep in mind due to the current circumstances of covid and the weather conditions in Australia, some orders may be slightly delayed due to the fact that all of our neons are handmade to order. Although we only choose reputable shipping companies to deliver your parcel to you, they may encounter their own logistic issues that we have no control of. The likelihood of these things happening is rare, however please consider this when making an order and if you are ever unsure if it will arrive in time please contact us before purchasing.

International Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide. Please contact us if you are having issues at checkout with shipping to your location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lit Neons is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours after the initial 5-10 business day build time for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We are unable to offer refunds on all our signs as they are made to order.

Lit Neons allows you the freedom to customise each design (size, font and colour) which limits us to be able to accept returns. If you change your mind or request a different sign, we will be unable to fulfil your refund request however, may be able to offer a store credit depending on the situation.

Lit Neons products include a standard 12 months warranty, extended warranty can be purchased at an additional cost. 

Our warranty covers all faults and defects that are a direct result of manufacturer error or workmanship. Our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by improper use or installation. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Lit Neons and the purchaser.

To start a claim, please contact us at . Ensure that your order number is included in the subject of the email, along with photos and/or videos to show the damage. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your damaged item. Products sent back to us without approval from Lit Neons will not be returned nor accepted.
